This is so relevant for me right now. I recently spoke my truth on something that had been in there for years. Before I did so, my neck had been so tight for days.. it was building.

I was just having a conversation this morning with a client about her relationship within herself, her nervous system and knowing when she can open up to external stimulation and not overwhelming her system

The body speaks through and to us in many ways.
It’s a matter of tuning in.
