In this special follow-up episode with Dr. Stills, I dive into an often-overlooked topic: Lingam Health — a holistic and empowered approach to men's sexual well-being. After our first conversation exploring Yoni Health, this time we shift the focus to the masculine, offering insight, education, and a fresh perspective on caring for the Lingam — Sanskrit for the penis, or “wand of light.”
This episode is rich with information and healing energy for all who identify as male, or for those who support the men in their lives. I invite you to listen in and explore this deeply important and sacred aspect of men’s health.

In this enlightening conversation with Dr. Sharon Stills, I explore the sacred topic of Yoni Health — a holistic view of women’s sexual and reproductive wellness. Yoni, a Sanskrit term, refers not only to the female genitalia and reproductive system, but also to the emotional and energetic connection a woman holds with this powerful part of her being.
Together, we dive into how societal stigma has shaped our understanding of sexual health, and how we can reclaim balance, vitality, and deeper connection through practices like yoni steaming. This is a transformative discussion that invites listeners of all genders to reflect, learn, and expand their perspective on women's health.
(Stay tuned for Part 2, where we shift focus to men’s health and the sacred wisdom of the Lingam.)

In this heartfelt episode, I had the joy of sharing space to talk about two powerful themes in my work: Yoni Steaming and Nervous System Love. As the founder of Sunshine Kate’s Wellness Center, I dive into how ancient rituals like yoni steaming can be profound tools for reproductive health, emotional release, and deeper body connection. It’s a practice that invites us into harmony—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
We also explore the crucial role of the nervous system in healing. I offer insights and tools to help calm the body, support lymphatic flow, and release tension—guiding listeners toward a more grounded, nourished, and vibrant state of being. Be sure to listen through to the end for a gentle meditative exercise designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

In this empowering episode of The Beats, I join Kelly Kennedy to explore the depth and beauty of Yoni Wellness. “Yoni,” a Sanskrit word meaning sacred opening or temple, speaks to so much more than anatomy — it’s a gateway to our emotional, spiritual, and energetic essence as women.
We dive into why tending to the womb space is essential to our overall well-being, regardless of whether physical reproductive organs are present. This space within us is the house of our Sacred Soul — a powerful center for healing, intuition, and vitality.
Together, we unpack the practices, principles, and importance of connecting to this sacred part of ourselves, and how yoni wellness supports holistic radiance from the inside out. I also share more about my approach as a nourishment coach and founder of Sunshine Kate’s Wellness Center in Wanamassa and Red Bank, NJ.

In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Christine to share the personal journey that led me to create Sunshine Kate’s Wellness Center in New Jersey. We talk about the pivotal experiences that inspired my passion for womb wellness and how my own healing path shaped the work I now offer in my clinics.
I also speak about my deep belief in yoni steaming as a foundational practice for reproductive and emotional health — and why I feel so called to support others in reconnecting with their bodies in sacred, nourishing ways.
