The journey of life is a beautiful, messy culmination of experiences that ignite our bodies and hearts with love, joy, beauty, pain, sorrow, resilience and ….

I believe this is a time we are all being asked to cultivate deeper intimacy within ourselves and with others.

A time to soften into vulnerability to be seen with our full spectrum of emotions, feeling, desires and dreams unapologetically.

That’s where my passion and heart are.. To continue doing so in my own life and have the honor of walking alongside others on their journey.

To unveil the blocks and walls that have been built and illuminate all that wants to come forward.

This is what we do..

The 1:1 containers between you and me are accessible for beginners and novices in the realm of inner work. Everything we do together is customized based on your way of learning, integration to your nervous system, your goals and intentions.

We come together in this container to converse, explore and allow the full spectrum of life to be let in.

After each session, I follow up with supportive tools and practices for you to integrate.

We explore this through customized programs including conversations, somatic based practices, breathwork, trauma healing, inner child exploration, meditation, movement, self-care practices, energy work, pleasure practices, neuronal pathway tools all while combining ancient wisdom with modern day neurobiology in a high-level, high integrity portal.

I BELIEVE THAT CONNECTION IS NECTAR FOR THE SOUL. CONNECTION THREADS THE MAGIC OF LIFE TOGETHER AND ILLUMINATES EACH OF OUR LIGHTS COLLECTIVELY.

I am dedicated in this mission of communing back together… to share, to celebrate, to offer gratitude, to grieve, to release and be in community.
